Silicone hoses are designed to replace OEM rubber hoses and are made with multi-ply premium grade silicone and reinforced with high-quality polyester to withstand high temperatures and pressures.

Technical Specifications:

Temperature Range: -65 deg. F to 500 deg. F

Fluoro / Fluorosilicone material is used in the ID of the hoses to withstand fuel, oil, water and anti-freeze.  Reinforced with Polyester, Aramid, or Nomex to meet extreme pressure and temperature requirements.

1.) AEM Rubber (Ethylene Acrylic Elastomers) -40 deg. F to 320 deg. F (up to 356 deg. F - 3 hrs.)

2.) FKM Rubber (Viton) -4 deg. F to 460 deg. F (up to 470 deg. F - 3 hrs.)

Silicone hoses incorporated with machined flanges allows installation of sensors in small tight spaces there hard pipe and hoses are not possible.
